Well Ian has made a tremendous amount of progress. The exterior sheathing is now installed, along with the trim and soffits. We had to leave the soffit open on the loft roof so we can wire up the solar panels. The interior as you can see has some new features. Check it out...
The Greenmoxie house has been painted a lovely shade of Benjamin Moore Simply White. The custom loft windows we ordered have finally arrived and we're ready to begin installing the fixtures.
Our tiny house has gone up very fast thanks to Ian Fotheringham. Once the subfloor was spray foamed and sealed up with grey water tank in place, the framing began. The studs were all pre-cut with a 4 degree angle at the top to match the slope of the roofline.
