The Junction Summer Solstice Festival is fast becoming one of the Junction’s premier events and a favorite with Torontonians. The day is a celebration summer as well showcasing what the area has to offer. One of our favorite things about the festival is that it is environmentally-friendly powered by solar! What better way to celebrate the year’s longest day than to use it to fuel your fun?

The Junction’s Greenest event

From noon until midnight, the Junction in Toronto will be kicking up its heels to celebrate summer in a shindig of epic proportions. The Junction Business Improvement Area is located on Dundas Street West between Indian Grove and Quebec Avenue. Aside from being solar powered, the Summer Solstice festival also features some great DIY workshops, healthy fresh foods and healthy living activities.

Look out for the Greenmoxie sidewalk chalk stations. Draw a picture, take a photo and post it on our website. You can win a Right in the Rain journal and waterproof pen!
