Brilliant Outlet for Reclaimed Wood and Recycled Metal Pieces

Red is the new Green!

If you’re a regular reader of GreenMoxie then we’re guessing that you believe, as we do, that it’s important to support local artisans; especially the ones that are mindful of the environment. That’s why we built RedBeardLabs.com. Much like Etsy, we are an online marketplace for handcrafted home goods, art, and mancave items made from reclaimed wood and recycled metal by talented craftsmen.

We felt wood and metal home decor artisans needed an outlet specifically for them. Research shows that the number of individual and micro businesses that make handcrafted products from their homes or little shops is a growing trend around the world. Consumers are a lot more conscience about the products they buy and how they are made. Additionally, they want handcrafted, unique pieces and they want to support the talented individuals who put their heart and souls into making them.

Our sellers promote a happy Earth by using reclaimed, upcycled, organic, and recycled materials sourced from local markets. We believe using and reusing the Earth’s resources in a conscientious way is a beautiful thing. What’s better than something made from weathered barn wood, recycled metal, old industrial parts, and other reusable materials? Nothing. We all want to own items that we’re proud to display and that make us feel good.

Even better, a percentage of all our profits go to the Make-A-wish Foundation, 6% to be exact. We believe it’s an amazing organization and a perfect fit for us. Red Beard Labs is our dream and to us dreams and wishes feel a lot like the same thing.
