Making your own green living products means you save money, use only natural ingredients and create less waste. You can pit our green living hand products against the best creams and concoctions in the industry to see which works for you.

- 10 cups of water
- 1 bar Castile soap (grated)
- 1 tablespoon glycerin
- 10 drops of essential oil like lavender or lemon verbena
Make your green living hand soap by bring 5 cups of water to the boil. Turn off the heat and add the grated Castile soap and glycerine. Stir until the soap is completely dissolved. Remove the pot from the stove and leave to cool. When it is cool to the touch, add essential oil and mix your green living soap well. Don’t be surprised if it’s a little lumpy.
